Allen & Overy, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, Slaughter and May and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom have all won roles on a three-way merger of European Coca-Cola bottling companies.
The merger will create the largest independent Coca-Cola bottling company in the world.
