Cleary leads on Google's Alphabet restructure
Firm fields team based in New York and London to advise long-standing technology giant client on new holding company

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton has landed the role advising Google on its major restructuring, announced today.
The internet search giant has announced that it will restructure its businesses under a new parent company called Alphabet.
Cleary is advising Google with a team including New York M&A partner Ethan Klingsberg and corporate partner Pam Marcogliese alongside New York M&A partner Glenn McGrory, New York intellectual property partner Len Jacoby, New York tax partner Yaron Reich, and London tax partner Richard Sultman.
