US firms win roles on frozen foods deal that sees UK's crispy pancake maker sell off its European operations

Latham & Watkins and Greenberg Traurig have won roles advising as frozen foods producer Nomad agrees a £500m deal to acquire Findus Group’s continental European operations.
Nomad, the parent company of rival frozen foods firm Birds Eye, will pay £400m in cash and the rest in shares to acquire the Crispy Pancake maker’s European businesses from its owner LionGem Sweden 1 AB.
