Olswang has revamped its senior management team with two new hires and two promotions.
The firm has added former Linklaters global head of shared services Kevin Bye as head of strategic development and ex-chief financial officer of consultant EC Harris Neil Morling as chief financial officer.
Olswang HR manager Sarah Tucker has been promoted to the role of HR Director, and partner Stephen Hermer is now the firm's general counsel and head of acquisitions.
Olswang chief executive Paul Stevens said the changes were part of a three-year growth strategy "based on improvement and change to both the business and our legal processes".
He added: "Strong leadership in the business services teams, combined with strategic lateral hires, will be central to this transformational agenda. These four senior appointments are a first and crucial step in that direction."
The appointments follow a string of management exits at Olswang over the past few months.
In May, Olswang general counsel and partnership secretary Simon Callander announced he would depart the firm at the end of August amid a shake-up of the leadership of the business.
Also in May, the firm elected a new chief executive officer seven months after former head David Stewart unexpectedly stepped down from the role half way through his term.
The firm appointed Paul Stevens, head of the intellectual property (IP) group, to the chief executive position for a three-year term. He took over from interim post-holder and IP partner Michael Burdon on 14 May.
Earlier this year the firm's human resources director, Ffion Griffith, also left after working at Olswang for nearly 10 years.
Olswang has also seen a raft of partner exits recently, with the firm's former head of corporate Fabrizio Carpanini the latest to depart.
Carpanini stepped down from his role as corporate head at the end of February to take some time off over the summer. He was replaced by senior corporate TMT partner Mark Bertram.
Carpanini is now set to join Dorsey & Whitney as a corporate partner in November.
An Olswang spokesperson said: "Following some time off to reflect on what he wanted to do next in his career, we can confirm that corporate partner Fabrizio Carpanini will soon be pursuing new opportunities. We thank Fabrizio for his contributions to the firm and wish him well for the future."
Confirmation of his exit comes after Olswang lost its entire 50-strong Berlin lawyer team including 14 partners to US firm Greenberg Traurig. The firm's former private equity head Stephen Rosen also departed for Cooley in March.
