Withers is advising Renault as its acquisition of a controlling stake in the Lotus F1 Team draws nearer.
Last week Renault announced that it had signed a letter of intent with the owner of Lotus F1, Gravity Motorsport – an affiliate of Genii Capital – regarding its potential acquisition of the cash-strapped Formula 1 team.
Withers is advising Renault on the negotiations. Its team is being led by its global head of corporate and commercial Anthony Indaimo, who is based in London and Milan.
