Bristol-based TLT real estate head Andrew Glynn has been appointed as senior partner of the firm, it announced today.

Glynn will take over as senior partner from January 2016.

He will replace current senior partner Robert Bourns, who is stepping down in advance of becoming president of the Law Society in 2016.

Bourns will, however, remain a partner in the firm's employment group.

Glynn trained at TLT legacy firm Lawrence & Co, qualifying in 1985. He later spent a seven year period with legacy Mayer Brown firm Rowe and Maw, before re-joining TLT. He became a partner in 1994 and head of real estate in 1999.

Connolly trained with the firm, before becoming partner in 2007 and head of energy in 2010. She is particularly known for her work on renewable energy projects.
