Linklaters, Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr (CDH) and Werksmans have advised on South African household retailer Steinhoff's €18.6bn (£13.5bn) listing on the Frankfurt stock exchange.
Steinhoff was listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange but under yesterday's deal all shares were switched to the newly listed Frankfurt parent company. The parent company plans to undertake a secondary listing in Johannesburg in future.
Linklaters was the main adviser for Steinhoff.
