White & Case leads for sellers of the hotel groups as French firm Darrios Villey advises French buyer AccorHotels

White & Case has picked up the mandate to advise new client FRHI holdings, the owner of Raffles, Swissotel and Fairmont hotels, on its $2.9bn (£1.9bn) sale to French hotel chain AccorHotels.
Proskauer Rose, Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and McCarthy Tetrault are also advising on the deal.
FRHI and two of its major shareholders have turned to White & Case for advice on the deal.
