Clifford Chance’s (CC) global head of corporate Guy Norman has put outbound investment work from China and Africa to the top of the agenda, with the firm consolidating its China desks in Europe as part of plans to boost emerging market mandates.
Norman told Legal Week CC has integrated the 17 distinct China desks it previously had across each of its European offices to leave just two key desks – one in London and one in Munich.
