In this Legal Week video Allen & Overy's (A&O) retiring senior partner David Morley talks to Georgina Stanley about social mobility in the profession and why he believes it is harder for state-educated students to get into law now than it was when he started out. In addition to explaining his motivation for launching PRIME he also discusses broader diversity issues facing the sector, such as the need to retain more women in law.
This is the third in a three-part video interview with Morley. To hear Morley discuss A&O's US strategy, click here. To hear him talk about the future of the profession and its 'industrialisation', click here.
