Travers Smith has appointed two women to its partnership as part of a six-strong promotion round.
IP lawyer Louisa Chambers and tax lawyer Elena Rowlands have both been promoted to the firm's partnership.
Chambers specialises in IP, technology and data protection and recently advised the Hostelworld group on the technology and data protection aspects of its IPO.
Rowlands specialises in advising on tax matters relating to asset management.
The remaining promotions include one US securities lawyer as well as competition, finance and real estate lawyers.
Senior partner Chris Hale said: "I am very pleased that again this year we have elected as partners six outstanding lawyers, all of whom either trained with Travers Smith or spent their formative years as associates with the firm. They demonstrate our commitment to long-term growth and continued investment in supporting our clients' needs across a broad range of practice areas."
Last year, the firm made up just one female partner in a seven-strong promotion round.
All of the promotions take effect from 1 July. Meanwhile, Hill Dickinson has promoted three lawyers to its partnership. This is a fall from 2015 when the firm added five new partners.
The firm has added partners in its Manchester and London offices across its healthcare employment, shipping and pensions practices.
