Linklaters, White & Case and PwC Legal have landed roles on the sale of water and coffee company Eden Springs by private equity house Rhone Capital.

Eden Springs, which was acquired by private equity fund Rhone Capital in 2013, supplies water and coffee in 18 European countries.

Rhone Capital agreed to sell Eden Springs to Canadian drinks manufacturer Cott Corporation for €470m (£368m).

Legal Week understands Linklaters is acting for Rhone Capital on the sale, with corporate partner Nick Rees taking the lead.

White & Case is advising Cott. Its team is being led by private equity partner Ian Bagshaw, who is supported by Brussels competition partner Mark Powell, Warsaw competition local partner Katarzyna Czapracka and London corporate associate Jarlath McGurran.

PwC Legal is advising Eden Springs' management with a team led by corporate partners Peter Workman and Oliver Williams.

Bagshaw, who joined White & Case from Linklaters in 2013, was promoted to head the firm's global private equity group in October 2015, alongside fellow ex-Linklaters partner Richard Youle and New York partner Oliver Brahmst.

In July 2015, Rees was part of a team that advised French technology company Schneider Electric on its merger with British software firm Aveva, in a deal worth £1.3bn.

Last month, Linklaters advised alongside Allen & Overy, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Travers Smith on the sale of a majority stake in London oil price reporting agency Argus Media to US investor General Atlantic.

On that deal. Linklaters advised Argus with a team led by London corporate partner Roger Barron.
