Linklaters-associated Allens becomes first Australian business to adopt Rare
Allens joins 27 UK firms in adopting the recruitment tool that allows firms to see candidates' results alongside their peers.

Allens – Linklaters' associated firm in Australia – has adopted the Rare contextual recruitment system (CRS), becoming the first Australian business to do so.
A total of 27 firms, including the entire magic circle, have adopted Rare's system since it was introduced to the UK last year.
Managing director of Rare Raphael Mokades said: "We have partnered with Allens in order to adapt the CRS for Australia, using local data and research.
