Keystone managing director James Knight talks to Legal Week about what makes the firm a Best Legal Adviser for 2016-17
How do you deliver true value and how do you benchmark the value given? We no longer market on the basis of cost or even value, even though that's one of the reasons clients stay with us. We have systems that eliminate waste and we use technology to drive efficiencies. We avoid duplication and use juniors only when required, not because they must be trained up. With legal services, there are two enduring factors: service and value. If you can consistently deliver these better than anybody else, then you are going to get there in the end.
