Former King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) partners have been sent a second email reminding them of their ongoing responsibilities to client matters ahead of an inspection of the offices by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) tomorrow.
Ashfords head of professional and financial risk Sam Palmer, who was brought in by Quantuma to manage the billing and collection of remaining files and the allocation of client monies during the administration, sent the email to all ex-partners earlier this week.
