White & Case is setting its sights on big-ticket M&A, with a City corporate push led by former Clifford Chance (CC) dealmaker Patrick Sarch and private equity heavyweights Ian Bagshaw and Richard Youle.
Sarch, who officially started work at the US firm this January, has been handed the role of co-head of London corporate, alongside private equity partners Bagshaw and Youle, who formally took on their new roles when Sarch joined.
