Weightmans set to unveil new structure after opting against Ward Hadaway tie-up

UK top 50 firm Weightmans and Newcastle-based Ward Hadaway have announced they have called off discussions over a merger.
The pair revealed in January that they were discussing a tie-up, a deal that would have created a firm sitting just outside the UK top 30 by revenue, with combined turnover of around £130m.
