Gateley has made up six lawyers to partner in its largest promotions round since it became the first UK law firm to list on the stock market in June 2015.
Last year the firm promoted four to its partnership, while in 2015 it made up two.
This year's promotions comprise two in corporate, and one each in regulatory, construction, employment and pensions, and are spread across the firm's Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds offices.
The new corporate partners are Birmingham-based Tom Rush and Manchester-based Stephen Roberts (pictured above right).
The other lawyers to make the grade are regulatory lawyer Pauline Munro in Leeds, employment specialist Merran Sewell in Birmingham, and pensions lawyer Stuart Evans (pictured above left) and construction lawyer Hayley Sullivan (pictured above centre), both of who are based in Manchester.
During the last year the firm has has made 10 lateral hires, including former Hogan Lovells restructuring and insolvency partner Stuart Tait and Shoosmiths' former London head of technology, media and commercial Paul de Vince.
CEO Michael Ward said: "After an incredibly busy year, it's great to announce that 30 lawyers have been promoted across the board. Every individual has contributed to the success of the firm and their promotion is very much deserved."
In its financial results for the year to 30 April, Gateley announced a revenue increase of 15% to £77m, up from £67m the year before.
Gateley's non-financially integrated Scottish arm, HBJ Gateley, announced late last year that it was ending its 10-year association with the firm. HBJ subsequently merged with Addleshaw Goddard on 1 June this year.
