Mothercare has appointed an interim group general counsel, following the departure of former GC and company secretary Daniel Talisman after less than two years at the company.
Andrew Eames has taken the top legal role at the retailer as it searches for a permanent GC to replace Talisman, who had been at the company since January 2016.
