Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison, Latham & Watkins and Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz are advising on Broadcom’s $130bn (£98bn) bid for US microchip rival Qualcomm.
Broadcom, which counts Apple as a key client, made the offer yesterday (6 November).
