Clyde & Co has made up 12 partners in its latest round of promotions, with more than half of the new partners based in the UK and one third of them female.
Seven partners have been made up across its offices in the UK, with three new partners joining in London, two in Manchester and one apiece in Leeds and Guildford.
Elsewhere, the firm has made up three partners in the Middle East and Africa, with one additional lawyer joining the partnership in Singapore and another in San Francisco.

One third of the 12 promotions are women, with the firm doubling the number of new female partners on last year's round.
Commenting on the promotions, which take effect from 1 May, Clydes senior partner Simon Konsta said: "We're proud of this year's promotions round, which represents the increasing diversity of our business across geographies, sectors and skillsets. These 12 partners are talented lawyers who have achieved what they have already by consistently demonstrating the market-leading advice, acumen and client skills that we're known for within our sectors and specialist areas."
