Fieldfisher has promoted 10 lawyers to partner in the firm's largest ever partnership round.
Four of the new partners are based in Fieldfisher's London office, with two in Brussels, two in Manchester and one apiece in Hamburg and Silicon Valley.
In total, the firm has promoted three women, with the 30% figure an increase on last year, when just two of nine new partners (22%) were female.
By practice area, technology dominates with four new appointments, followed by disputes with three.
Last year's round of nine new partners was the firm's largest since 2010, when nine were also made up.
Fieldfisher has grown rapidly in recent years, with a series of mergers driving a 34% revenue hike to £165m for 2016-17, and that progress was recognised with the Law Firm of the Year award at the 2017 British Legal Awards. The firm's growth looks set to continue this year, following the announcement of a 20% revenue rise for the first half of 2017-18.
