Avast IPO set to value cybersecurity company at £2.4bn

White & Case and Latham & Watkins are advising on the London listing of Czech cybersecurity company Avast, which is set to value the company at £2.4bn.
Shares in the company are due to start trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange next week at a price of £2.50 per share, in what will be one of the biggest-ever technology listings in London.
