Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is advising global insurer AIG group on the restructuring of its entire European operations, as the company prepares for Brexit.
The insurer was given legal approval earlier this month to transfer its UK business to a new UK subsidiary and to transfer its European business to a new Luxembourg subsidiary.
