Linklaters and Latham & Watkins are advising on the sale of London's Grosvenor House Hotel to a Qatari state-backed fund.
Katara Holdings, which is owned by the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), is purchasing the famous Mayfair hotel for an undisclosed sum just one year after the hotel was bought by US property investment firm Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation (AAC).
