Goodwin and Jones Day are advising on German software company SAP's $8bn (£6.2bn) acquisition of US-based data management platform Qualtrics International.
The acquisition, expected to close in the first half of 2019, will see SAP acquire all outstanding shares of Qualtrics for $8bn in cash.
