Hogan Lovells, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Simmons & Simmons are advising on a near-£400m acquisition by Grainger, the UK's largest residential landlord.
The FTSE 250 company is acquiring all of the shares in its joint venture (JV) with Dutch pension fund manager APG, for £396m.
