Hogan Lovells, Herbert Smith Freehills and Mishcon de Reya are advising on the £115m sale of the Financial Times headquarters.
Publishing giant Pearsons is selling the building at One Southwark Bridge to real estate investment firm M&G, with the FT set to move to its former headquarters at Bracken House next year.
