DLA Piper and Squire Patton Boggs are advising on the $1.1bn (£860m) acquisition of boatbuilding company Ashland Global Holdings by INEOS, the UK's largest private company.
INEOS, which was founded by the UK's richest man Jim Ratcliffe, will acquire Ashland's composites business consisting of 20 manufacturing sites in Europe, North and South America, and the Middle East.
