Freshfields Faces SRA Questions on UBS Rape Case Review
The former UBS trainee who alleged she was raped while at the bank has hit out at the firm's handling of the review.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is set to be questioned by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) over its review into how UBS dealt with a rape complaint.
The SRA is expected to request information from employment litigation partner Caroline Stroud about how the Magic Circle firm handled the investigation related to a former UBS trainee's alleged assault by a senior colleague, according to a person familiar with the matter.
