Weil, Gotshal & Manges has added a new partner in Paris.

Anne-Sophie Noury joins from the French firm BDGS Associés, where she was a partner. At Weil, she will focus on business finance and restructuring, and will work alongside partner Jean-Dominique Daudier de Cassini.

Noury advises companies, sponsors, investors and creditors in turnaround matters.

"Anne-Sophie is an extremely talented lawyer who brings together insolvency judicial expertise and transactional skills to find strategic turnaround solutions for both debtors and creditors in their most complex cases," de Cassini said in a statement. "In a short period of time, she has developed a reputation as an expert in the restructuring field."

Weil has more than 80 lawyers in its Paris office.
