Two McDermott Will & Emery partners have left  to join Keystone law – the latest in a succession of U.S. firm leavers to join the AIM-listed outfit.

Restructuring partner Alicia Videon and energy partner Andrew Watson have left the U.S. firm to join Keystone, a McDermott spokesperson has confirmed.

A partner at McDermott since 2016, Videon was previously head of restructuring and insolvency at legacy Olswang for more than eight years, leaving the firm just after its three-way merger with CMS and Nabarro in May 2016. Before that, she spent three years as a partner at DLA Piper.
