A Hill Dickinson partner has been referred to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) for allegedly falsely reporting her billable hours and financial performance during a recruitment process.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has announced that Manchester-based Tracey Sheehan, who is head of telecommunications at Hill Dickinson, is being referred to the SDT for allegedly sending an untrue report of her financial performance at her firm at the time, Taylor Wessing, to a recruiter in early 2015 for it to be sent on to Dentons.
The decision to refer to the SDT was made in November but was only made public when it was published on the SRA's website yesterday (13 May).
