Baker McKenzie Dropped From 'Operation Carwash' Malpractice Suit
The giant Brazilian conglomerate J&F Investimentos dropped its case against the firm with prejudice, according to a filing, and "without payment," according to Baker McKenzie.

J&F Investimentos said in a filing on Wednesday in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia that it was dismissing its complaint against Baker McKenzie and Brazilian affiliate Trench Rossi e Watanabe with prejudice.
Baker McKenzie said no money was exchanged in the resolution of the lawsuit.
