In Full: The Gary Senior Allegations

Historical allegations against former Baker McKenzie former London head Gary Senior were today (July 30) revealed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) as it referred Senior and his former firm to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT).

The prosecution referral details allegations of inappropriate behaviour by Senior in 2012, including “seeking to initiate intimate activity”, towards a person at the firm [Person A] to who he was in a position of “authority and responsibility over”.
