Carolyn Jameson, Trustpilot

The former chief legal officer of Skyscanner has landed a new role at consumer review website company Trustpilot, a few months after leaving the travel fare aggregator.

Denmark-based Trustpilot, which has seven offices around the world, has hired Carolyn Jameson as its new chief legal and policy officer. As part the new role, Jameson will work between the company's Denmark and U.K. offices.

She was Skyscanner's chief legal officer and company secretary for six years before she left the company in May.

She also worked as Chinese travel agency Ctrip's head of international M&A for just over a year, and led Skyscanner's in-house team when navigating the company's takeover by Ctrip at the end of 2016 in a £1.4 billion deal. Pinsent Masons, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Travers Smith advised on the deal.

Replacing Jameson at Skyscanner is Rob Miller, who was appointed as the company's new general counsel and company secretary last week. Miller was previously chief legal officer at Deliveroo, having left the food courier service in January of this year.

He also held roles at companies including eBay, Skype, game developer King, and software company Improbable.
