Slaughters and CMS Tune In as ITV Offloads London HQ
The broadcaster will use the £146 million from the sale to, among other things, reduce its debts.

Slaughter and May and CMS are advising on ITV's sale of its London television centre to a Japanese developer.
In a statement, the broadcaster confirmed that the sale to real estate giant Mitsubishi Estate London will generate nearly £146 million, to complete by the end of the month.
