The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) hearing into Allen & Overy partner Mark Mansell has been cancelled for the second time.
The hearing was due to take place on Thursday (December 5) but has been scrapped, an SDT spokesperson confirmed.
It is not known when a new date will be arranged.
