In recent years, law firms have been focused on the future and looking toward 2020 to make major changes. However, in this new decade, firm leaders are now thinking beyond their 2020 vision to better enhance their business. Topics that are high on their agendas this year include sustainability, well-being, and a desire to shift from a purely economic driven model.

Joe Andrew, Dentons' chairman and Mark Rigotti, Herbert Smith Freehills' CEO, have expressed their hopes of the industry spending the next few years thinking more holistically about how to keep talent.

Along with Andrew and Rigotti, other leaders were surveyed for their predictions to see what their goals are for the new decade.
