Hogan Lovells has hired a partner and three associates from K&L Gates in Paris.
Etienne Drouard joins the firm as a commercial partner, with a practice focussed on regulatory proceedings, commercial transactions and cyber security.
Drouard joins after just over eight years at U.S. firm K&L Gates, according to his LinkedIn profile. He was also previously a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
