It's easy to roll your eyes at some of what goes on around diversity, well-being and mental health in the corporate sector. Mayer Brown have just drawn some flak for kick-starting their Diversity Month with photos of a male partner 'caught' on his way home with the family grocery shopping poking out of one of the firms logo'd 'Family Network', cloth tote bags.

Easy to dismiss as a hashtag grabbing, empty exercise in on-trend virtue signalling. And who knows how sincerely these ideas are held by some of the people running law firms, but that doesn't really matter. They may often be clumsy, risible even, but these gestures towards a different kind of culture are how things will change, if they're going to.
