International law firm Bird & Bird has appointed Australian partner Vince Baudille as co-head of its global real estate practice.
Baudille will share the global role with Jonathan Baker from the firm's London office.
"The real estate practice inside Bird & Bird is rapidly growing, particularly in our property-related work for businesses being transformed by technology and the digital world," said Baudille. "In this new role, I'm looking forward to focusing on expanding our real estate work, particularly for clients from the Asia Pacific and the USA."
Australian Managing Partner Shane Barber said the firm has undergone dynamic growth in the five years it has been in Australia.
Baudille joined Bird & Bird as a partner in February 2018 and before that spent 16 years at Norton Rose Fulbright, including as a partner.
