Brazilian law firm Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados has helped Brazilian power distributors obtain $3 billion in loans to keep electricity flowing during the COVID-19 pandemic, with another Brazilian firm, Pinheiro Neto Advogados, represented 16 banks.
