U.S. firm Katten Muchin Rosenman has hired a restructuring and insolvency partner from a U.K. rival — its first foray into the sector outside of the U.S.
Praveen Reddy joins the firm's London office from Charles Russell Speechlys, where he had been for over a decade, according to his LinkedIn profile.
