Elizabeth Rimmer is the CEO of legal mental health charity LawCare, which provides free and confidential support and assistance to lawyers, their families, and law firm staff.

Here, she speaks about the need for the industry to take a closer look at the reasons why junior lawyers are losing their licence to practice for being unable to admit their mistakes so frequently, and to put support mechanisms in place to better deal with these overwhelmed young professionals.
