Linklaters has become the latest firm to cut is newly-qualified (NQ) salaries during the COVID-19 pandemic, following Allen & Overy and Clifford Chance in June. 

The top U.K. firm will offer London NQ lawyers £90,000 as a base salary from September, down from £100,000 offered to NQs last year, according to a statement by the firm.
