The money cut from NQs will be reinvested to increase salaries for more senior associates, according to the firm.

Norton Rose Fulbright has cut its London newly-qualified (NQ) lawyers' salaries, the firm announced on Wednesday.
The firm has slashed NQ rates by £5000, with NQs now starting on £82,500.
