Skadden, Davis Polk Advise Largest U.S. Listing From China in 2 Years
Online housing site KE Holdings raised $2.12 billion in the second billion dollar Chinese listing in the U.S. within a month.

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Davis Polk & Wardwell have the lead roles on online real estate agency KE Holdings Inc.'s $2.1 billion initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange, the largest U.S. listing from a Chinese company in two years.
Beijing-based KE operates popular online housing platform Beike Zhaofang which allows users to buy new and second-hand real estates and rent apartments. The company, which counts tech giants Tencent Holdings and SoftBank Group as its main backers, started out as real estate agency Lianjia.
