FTSE 250 mining group Petropavlovsk has appointed U.S. law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a key legal adviser.
The group, which has a turnover of over $700 million, appointed Weil to "provide legal advice to the Board", according to a governance and management update issued by the company.
