Morrison & Foerster has hired a disputes partner in Hong Kong focusing on U.S. law government enforcement and white collar defense.

Chen Zhu joins from Davis Polk & Wardwell where he was counsel most recently. U.S.-qualified Zhu specializes in cross-border government and internal investigations and commercial litigation. He's advised on matters related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, anti-money laundering regulations and U.S. economic sanctions. He recently advised an Asian state-owned enterprise on a multi-year investigation over alleged sanctions violations by the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
